She starts with the "Long Kitty" stretch.

 

 

Followed by the "Palm Gaze".

 

 

Now she prepares for the next series.

 

 

The "Left Leg Salute".

 

 

and the "Right Leg Salute".

 

 

Next is the "Belly Up Wiggle".

 

 

Ending with rest and meditation.

 

 

Meanwhile, the rest of the herd is bird-watching.

 

 

Except Phoebe, who thinks that birds are boring.

 

 

Annabelle, done with her yoga, joins them to see what's so interesting.

 

 

And finds that it's not that interesting.

 

 

Phoebe is more interested in digesting her breakfasts
and looking forward to afternoon snacks.
